Cakes made without walnuts, pistachios, almonds, or pecans. We also avoid nut oils in these recipes. Severe nut allergy? Message us first.
No milk, butter, or cream
Cakes that skip the dairy entirely — coconut cream and plant-based butters where the recipe calls for it. Texture is different by design; ask us if you want a sample.
No eggs in the batter
Mostly our vegan-friendly options — flax-egg or aquafaba-bound batters. Custom orders only on shorter lead times; ask us by Wednesday for the weekend.
Plant-based, no animal products
Vegan cakes — no eggs, no dairy, no honey. Available on our Red Velvet and seasonal specials, and as a custom build with 36 hours notice.
No alcohol, no pork derivatives
Our honey cake, milk maiden, pistachio roll, and most classic cakes use no alcohol and no pork-derived ingredients. Tell us when you order and we'll confirm.
Our kitchen handles eggs, dairy, gluten, and tree nuts in shared spaces. Every cake we make has at least one of these. If you have a severe allergy, message us first and we'll talk you through what we can and can't do safely. We bake cleanly — new gloves, dedicated parchment, separate mixing bowls — but we don't claim cross-contamination is zero.
